The Secretary-General of The World Muslim Communities Council, Mohamed Bechari, welcomes the Head of the Islamic Sheikhdom of Albania, who is visiting the UAE at the invitation of His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the World Muslim Communities Council.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ferdinand Gjana, President of Bedër University in the Republic of Albania, and Dr. Jamal Alsafrati, Advisor of the Albanian Islamic Sheikhdom and Professor of Islamic Studies at Bedër University.
The meeting concerns with education development mechanisms in Islamic schools and universities, and fatwa-making in Eastern European countries.
