Secretary General of the World Muslim Communities Council: The Document of Human Fraternity

Dr. Mohammed Bechari, Secretary-General of the World Muslim Communities Council, has praised the " the document of human fraternity", which is signed by His Holiness Pope Francis, bishop of the Catholic Church and the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed el-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, stressing that this is an opportunity for advocates of peace in the world. The document aims to strengthen human relations and build bridges of communication, harmony and love among people.

He pointed out that the World Conference of the human fraternity has brought peace and safety scholars and advocates of love in Abu Dhabi together, confirming that the UAE, through its historical heritage and practice in establishing values of tolerance and co-existence, has led global efforts to promote human fraternity and coexistence among all mankind.

Dr. Mohammed Bechari added that the UAE is culminated through its presented initiatives in the World Conference, such as "Sawab" Center , "Hidaya", "Peace Promotion Forum", "Council of Muslim Sages", which aims to fortify the children of Muslims from the currents radicalization and extremism and to institutionalize and establish a culture of peace and peace.

He pointed to the need for diligence from the religious authorities and work to create a culture of peace in our educational curricula, stressing the importance of establishing a culture of safety, peace and tolerance, in order to educate new generations since childhood on noble values, tolerance and fraternity.

The World Conference of Muslim fraternity was held at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, which is organized by the Council of Muslim Sages in conjunction with the historic visit of His Holiness Pope Francis, bishop of the Catholic Church and the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed el-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
