  • 2024-Oct-23

The World Muslim Communities Council (TWMCC) held an online lecture, titled "Homeland: Embracing Ethics and Religion", presented by Dr Jamal Al Safrati, Professor of Islamic Studies at Bedër University, Albania, within the Council's series of lectures.

During the lecture, Al Safrati highlighted that a person’s worth is based on their inner qualities; heart, soul, and intellect, rather than physical appearance.

He further encouraged promoting tolerance and kindness, emphasising that true happiness comes from connecting with God and contributing to society.

Al Safrati also underscored the significance of useful knowledge, urging young people to follow good role models and work hard in their quest for learning.

Moreover, he cautioned against extremism and urged the importance of maintaining moderation and balance.

TWMCC is an international non-governmental organisation that functions as a think tank. It supports Muslim community organisations and associations by helping them improve their operations, collaborate effectively, and adopt innovative approaches.
