TWMCC Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attacks in Dagestan

The World Muslim Communities Council strongly condemned the terrorist attacks that took place in the Republic of Dagestan in the Russian Federation, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of innocent civilians.
In a statement, TWMCC expressed its strong condemnation of these criminal acts and its firm and permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability.
Furthermore, TWMCC stressed the need to confront hate speech which leads to the spread and exacerbation of extremism, emphasising the necessity to consolidate the values of tolerance and coexistence.
TWMCC also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Russia, and the families of the victims of these terrorist attacks, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
