HE Dr Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of The World Muslim Communities Council, praised the UN General Assembly’s adoption of a resolution on “measures to combat Islamophobia,” including condemning incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence against Muslims and their sanctities, and appointing a UN Special Envoy concerned with combating Islamophobia.

HE Dr Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi urged all countries to adopt national laws and policies to prevent and combat hatred and hold its perpetrators accountable.

It is noteworthy that The World Muslim Communities Council (TWMCC) is an international non-governmental organisation, and is considered a house of expertise for rationalising organisations and institutions working in Muslim Communities, renewing their thinking, improving their performance, and coordinating among them.
