TWMCC Assistant Secretary-General Receives the Chairman of Center for Islamic Studies, Universitas Nasional, Indonesia, and GreenFaith’s Ambassador in Abu Dhabi

Hassan Al-Marzouqi, The World Muslim Communities Council Assistant Secretary-General, received Dr. Fachruddin Mangunjaya, Chairman of Center for Islamic Studies, Universitas Nasional, Indonesia, and Nana Firman, GreenFaith’s Senior Ambassador, US, at the TWMCC’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The meeting tackled the he role of religions in preserving the environment, and how to create true green prosperity that encourages continuous dialogue and joint work between religions and societies, coinciding with the UAE hosting the COP28, as an opportunity to unify the efforts of religious institutions to enhance their positive role in confronting major environmental challenges which have become a threat to humanity and Earth.
