TWMCC Secretary General Visits Ministry of Islamic Affairs’ Pavilion at Cairo International Book Fair

HE Dr. Mohamed Bechari, Secretary-General of The World Muslim Communities Council, has visited Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah & Guidance’s pavilion at the 54th Cairo International Book Fair, which is running until 6 February at Egypt International Exhibition Centre


HE Dr. Bechari has listened, from the supervisors of the pavilion, to a detailed explanation of its exhibits, and the services it provides to its visitors. He also visited  the special corner of King Fahd Complex for Printing of Holy Quran, which contains a wide variety of publications of the Holy Quran and its interpretations into more than 76 international languages, as well as the printing stages of the Holy Quran, and the electronic services through mobile applications.


HE Dr. Bechari has expressed his happiness and honour at visiting Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah & Guidance’s pavilion, stressing that the pavilion, with its exhibits and the services it provides, is a distinguished pavilion, praising the blessed efforts made in publishing the Holy Quran


He praised the work of King Fahd Complex for Printing of Holy Quran, and the printing stages of the Holy Quran, in line with the latest technologies, and interpreting its meanings into multiple languages, including Asian, African, and European languages; French, English and German, praising the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving Islam, promoting moderation and serving humanity.


He explained that the role of Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah & Guidance is important and prominent, locally and globally, and is witnessing a qualitative leap in advocacy and its methods, in a time of changes in dialogue and communication with others
